Lie Pérez has over 7 years of professional experience, concentrating her practice in Corporate Law, Administrative Law and Immigration Law, as well legal assistance on commercial, tax, labor and banking transactions. In the legal practice, she has participated in consultations with commercial, national and international companies, on tax practices, aspects related to the securities market and corporate crimes, estate planning, shareholders agreements and divisions, restructuring in corporate governments and negotiations regarding splits and corporate divisions.

Her experience also includes drafting and analysis of different fiedls agreements, assisting in the negotiations and closign with important dominican and multinational companies. Pérez Leclerc has been part of the process of establishment and start-up of important foreign companies in the country, both in the tourism and manufacturing of domestic products sectors, providing the legal and administrative knowledge required for the development of projects in compliance with the legal framework Dominican.
