Martínez Vargas has been part of important law firms in the country, working in corporate and litigation practices. With more than 15 years of professional experience, concentrating 10 of these years in litigation with participation in complex cases of both civil, criminal and commercial proceedings.

Melina has taught in various seminars concerning Corporate Law, and holds different specializations, courses and certificates, including:
